When I started blogging early last year, I wondered where it might lead. At first from curiosity, I visited a class blog and found the posts interesting. It wasn’t long before I started developing a passion for commenting on blogs and, occasionally, making extended comments when something in a post caught my particular interest.
What started out of curiosity with no particular plan for the use of blogs has grown to have direction. The surprise came when I found people were interested in following my blogs. After being retired from full time teaching, I again felt part of class life.
My vague plans to write a blog on more teacher centred posts fell by the wayside as I started to see many excellent blogs set up for teachers and PLNs.
I think this blog is a great idea for sharing resources and only confirms my belief I am better off sticking to commenting and letting active teachers keep other teachers up to date. 🙂
